Description

The automatic box cutter machine is an intelligent cutting system that integrates cutting tools (oscillating knife, drag knife), a creasing tool, and a half-cut knife, equipped with an industrial camera positioning system. It can accurately cut and crease shapes such as labels and boxes according to original design artwork. The stable paper feeding system, combining vacuum and non-contact suction cups, automatically handles 80–800gsm paper sheets.

Its software operation eliminates the need for knife molds, saving time and cost. Design files exported from Adobe Illustrator or CorelDRAW in DXF, PLT, or HP/GL format can be sent directly to the machine’s control software for automatic processing. With a simple press of the “Start” button, cutting and creasing work is completed efficiently.

The machine supports automatic file reading via QR code scanning, enabling small-batch or unmanned operation. SRA3-size labels or paper can be processed in 15–45 seconds depending on shape complexity. Compatible materials include cardboard, corrugated board, grey board, ivory board, art paper, PET, PP, PVC sheets, self-adhesive labels, and more.

Applications include rapid prototyping and small-batch packaging production, on-demand e-commerce and custom logistics packaging, and commercial displays or high-end retail packaging. Its precise cutting, creasing, and kiss-cutting, combined with the vision positioning system, ensure accurate registration with printed graphics, improving production efficiency and brand presentation.
