Modern Workshop

JibuSystem’s production bases cover a total land area of 38,000 square meters, comprising three manufacturing workshops with a combined area of 27,000 square meters and one four-storey office building. In fact, the company operates four production bases in total, three of which are located in Henan Province, forming a stable and scalable manufacturing network under the JibuSystem brand.

After a sale, we strictly follow a schedule for installation, debugging, and acceptance, calibrating the optimal process parameters based on technical requirements. We are committed to providing free lifetime technical service for maintenance and will also organize and implement necessary technical upgrades after long-term operation to ensure the equipment always remains in peak condition.

Yes, we provide an equipment manual and a user guide, which include technical specifications, installation, debugging, and standard process parameters.

We also offer both pre-sale and after-sale theoretical and practical training for operators. Those who successfully complete the training will receive a certificate, ensuring they can operate the equipment independently.

Furthermore, we are always available to help users with any questions or issues they encounter during production or maintenance.

We provide equipment parts to our customers for the long term to ensure the smooth operation of their machinery (excluding parts that are lost or damaged by human error).

Our warranty ensures your equipment operates reliably.

During the warranty period, we cover all costs (parts and labor) for non-human-caused failures. For issues due to human error, charges for parts, labor, and travel apply.

After the warranty period, we charge only for replacement parts. For on-site service in the second year, we cover labor costs, billing only for parts and travel. In the third year and beyond, on-site service includes charges for labor, parts, and travel.
